Course overview
Cycle Inspect's Introduction to Ultrasound and Ultrasonic NDT provides foundational knowledge in the areas of acoustics, sound propagation and ultrasound testing - a method of characterizing the thickness or internal structure of a test piece through the use of high frequency sound waves.
When combined with Cycle Inspect's Introduction to Composites course and NDT inspection procedure, trainees will learn to apply skills and knowledge to bicycle frame and component inspection to receive a provisional qualification.
